We do not produce beer. We live it the way we are.
"United by the passion for the micro brewery, made by nature with four simple ingredients: water, malt, yeast and hop. We follow directly every aspect of the process: form the farmer to the malt house. We test the beer sixteen times before pouring it into our glasses. We made the choice not to filter nor pasteurise to preserve the naturally complex aromatic flavour."
